ARUN MONGA, J. ORAL This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.122 dated 04.05.2020, registered under Sections 307/336/506/148/149/188 IPC and 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 28.08.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation. On the other hand, the same is strongly controverted by learned State counsel, who under instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh submits that petitioner is taking the advantage of interim protection granted by this Court and till date he has not joined the investigation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further grounds are made out to interfere.
