RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to investigate the case fairly/properly regarding the complaint filed by the petitioner against respondents No.4 to 11.

Learned State counsel, drawing the attention of this Court towards reply by way of affidavit of Aryan Chaudhary, HPS, DSP, Ganaur, Sonipat, contends that on thorough investigation/enquiry, complicity of the private respondent whatsoever was not found in the alleged commission of crime. The petition is frivolous and liable to be dismissed. Heard.

Having considered the submission of learned counsel for both the sides, this petition seems to be a blackmailing device of the petitioner, inasmuch as he was tenant in the shop of respondent No.7 owned by the private respondents. After expiry of his rent agreement, the petitioner kept RAVINDER SINGH 2018.08.10 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document on unauthorisedly occupying the same, which has been got vacated by the

-2CRM-M-40892 of 2017 private respondents from him without taking law into their hands. Having this grudge of getting the shop vacated from the petitioner by the private respondents, he, by putting undue pressure of police, wants to blackmail them.
