SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.4 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) within a time bound manner. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-SP, Hisar to look into the representation dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same in view of notification No. No.12/252/2023-4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Government of Haryana within a period of three days from today.
