Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court with respect to Lower School Course Batch 2019 has passed judgment dated 16.09.2025 in a bunch of petitions including CWP-1971-2022 titled as 'Rekha Devi Vs. State of Haryana and Ors'. 2.

Faced with this, Learned State counsel submits that claim of the petitioner would be reconsidered in the light of afore-cited judgment. 3.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the instant petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that petitioner would be considered with respect to Batch 2019 and not Batch 2018.
