(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though he retired on 31.03.2017, there is no impediment in the release of the pensionary benefits as there are no departmental or criminal proceedings which are pending against the petitioner, which would entitle the respondents to withhold the pensionary benefits, still, all the dues for which he is entitled for after his retirement, has not been released. Counsel for the petitioner states that a sum of `9,55,227/- is still due to the petitioner as retiral benefits as only a sum of `2,00,000/- has been paid to him out of the total amount of `11,55,227/- for which he was entitled for on account of the retiral benefits. CWP-11765-2019 -2made the representations dated 17.05.2018 and 27.07.2018 (Annexures P-5 and P-6) respectively, which are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representations.

In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the representations dated 17.05.2018 and 27.07.2018 (Annexures P-5 and P-6) respectively, by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to him within a period of next three months. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
