  This petition has been filed for quashing of the private complaint bearing No.NACT/0002542/2014 dated 09.09.2014 titled as 'Narinder & Company Vs. Aakar India Developer Pvt. Ltd. and others' filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and the consequential summoning order dated 10.11.2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has since then passed away and he has instructions to withdraw the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
