*** CM-3137-C-2023 This is an application filed by the appellant for withdrawing the appeal in view of compromise dated 8.10.2021.

Interalia in the application it is contended that the property in question is joint family property of two brothers who have now resolved the dispute amicably with the intervention of Panchayat and respectables, therefore, the appellant is not desirous of proceeding further with the appeal and wants to withdraw the same. Affidavit of appellant Amarjit Kaur has been filed with the application along with copy of compromise. The application is allowed.
