Petitioner has filed the second petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 169 dated 16.9.2015 under Section 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station E Division, Amritsar City, Punjab. Heard.

Petitioner had earlier filed Criminal Miscellaneous-M35880 of 2015 seeking anticipatory bail and the said petition was got dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 19.10.2015. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any change in circumstances warranting interference by this Court in the second petition moved by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
