(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has pointed out that FIR No.196 dated 28.09.2017, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station North, Chandigarh, has already been quashed on the basis of compromise, by this Court, vide order dated 01.02.2018 passed in CRM-M-48880-2017 and that was not opposed by respondent No.1-U.T., Chandigarh.

In view of above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly, disposed off.
