"#  $ As per the report of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barnala dated 24.12.2014, complainant Kulwinder Singh along with accused Parminder Singh, Narinder Singh, Rajinder Pal, Kulwinder Pal, Gurjant Pal and Jasveer Singh out of their free will and without any coercion or undue pressure have made statements whereby the learned Magistrate has recorded its satisfaction that the parties have affected compromise.

Keeping in view the satisfaction shown by the Court below and the offences are not of very serious nature and in the light of the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.04.08 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about amity among the parties who are neighbourers, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.52 dated 27.09.2014 registered at Police Station Thuliwal, District Barnala under Sections 324, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
