(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Sawai Singh in case FIR No.70 dated 11.08.2017 registered under Sections 186, 189, 332 and 353 IPC at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he obstructed the officers of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam from discharging their duties and abused, manhandled and threatened to kill them. Petitioner is specifically named in the FIR.

Considering overall facts and circumstances, petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
