**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 610 dated 30.9.2019 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, read with Section 120-B IPC registered at Police Station DLF, Gurugram. Vide order dated 27.7.2020, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, notice of motion was issued for 28.9.2020 and the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. On 28.9.2020, the case was adjourned for 07.10.2020, on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 07.10.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that a quashing petition on the basis of compromise has been filed which is fixed for 15.1.2021 and the case was adjourned for today i.e. 15.1.2021.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the GURPREET SINGH 2021.01.18 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh compromise has been effected between the parties and a quashing petition

CRM-M No. 20461 of 2020 -2has been filed. However, it has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite of the fact that interim bail was granted to the petitioner on 27.7.2020, he has failed to join the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that no compromise has been effected between the petitioner and the complainant. Moreover, there are 14 other FIRs pending against the petitioner.

The petitioner has failed to join the investigation despite several opportunities. Moreover, no compromise has been effected between the parties and the petitioner has also been involved in other FIRs. Keeping in view the above, the petition is dismissed.
