(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the relieving order dated 20.04.2024, Annexure P-8, passed by the sixth respondent/Principal-cum-Controller, Marking Centre, Government Senior Secondary School, Kaithal, whereby the petitioner has been relieved from duty in the school as head examiner.

Learned counsel has contended that the order has been passed in violation of the Board regulations, as the charge has been handed over to one Rajesh Kumar who has only four years seven months and twenty one days teaching experience, whereas the regulations require minimum ten years experience for being head examiner.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the petition because no indefeasible right of the petitioner has been violated by the impugned order relieving him from duty as head examiner. Besides, the said Rajesh Kumar, PAYAL 2024.05.07 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
