The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 23.02.2023, whereby the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for amendment of the plaint was dismissed. 2.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Jalandhar, the plaint of the main civil suit stands dismissed by the Trial Court vide order dated 25.09.2024.

In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order alongwith the order dated 25.09.2024, in accordance with law.
