(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been made for quashing FIR No.432 dated 04.06.2013 under Sections 323, 498-A, 506, 377, 406, 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Thanesar on the basis of compromise.

Pursuant to the order dated 09.02.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/ Illaqa Magistrate to get recorded their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kurukshetra has also sent its report vide covering letter having Endorsement No.304 dated 25.05.2017 which has been duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra vide Endorsement No.1763(J) dated 25.05.2017. According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that the parties have made an amicable settlement and have recorded their statements in the Court without any fear, duress and out of their free will.
