Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? ***** Kuldip Singh , J.(Oral) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No. 182 dated 02.07.2014 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 279, 338 of IPC at Police Station Cantonment, Amritsar City, District Amritsar, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Report of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar has been received wherein it has been reported that the statements of the complainant and accused have been recorded and compromise has been effected between the parties. It has also been reported that the complainant has no objection if the present FIR registered against the petitioners is quashed.
