Mr. Vikas Rohal, Advocate, for the petitioner Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Husband Piyush Vats has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court against an order dated 29.3.2019 of the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panipat wherein while allowing application for interim maintenance of wife Kanika Sharma the present respondent, the court below had awarded interim maintenance to the tune of Rs 20,000/-.

In the light of the contentions of Mr. Vikas Rohal, Advocate, for the petitioner and the fact that is well reflected from the impugned findings, the husband owes that his income is to the DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2019.05.13 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Criminal Revision (F) No. 273 of 2019 -2tune of Rs 70,000/- per month. The claim of the husband that the wife is earning sufficient money from tuition is not apparently and satisfactorily brought about on the records by any proof. The court while deciding the application for interim maintenance keeping in view the stand of the two sides and likely earnings of the husband to be Rs 70,000/- has rightly awarded Rs 20,000/- per month as interim maintenance. Counsel for the petitioner could not show to this Court how there has been perversity and illegality in the findings necessitating intervention by this Court.
