(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants-State of Haryana submits that since the present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 1.9.2010 passed by this Court in RFA No. 3201 of 2002 (State of Haryana and another Vs. Dharampal and others), let it be disposed of in terms thereof.

In view of the abovesaid fact situation obtaining in the present case, coupled with the statement made by learned counsel for the State, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of order dated 1.9.2010 passed in Dharmpal's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
