(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in F.I.R No. 103 dated 11.11.2015, registered at P.S Subhanpur, District Kapurthala under Sections 304-B/201/34 IPC, who have been summoned as additional accused in an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. This Court vide order dated 23.11.2016 directed the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court was directed to release them on interim bail on their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioners had appeared before the Court below and submitted bail bonds, which have been accepted on 06.01.2017.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.

However, the petitioners shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
