The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to official respondents No.2 to 4 to take action on his complaint/representation dated 21.10.2024 and legal notice dated 23.02.2026.

The petitioner filed a complaint dated 21.10.2024 before respondent No.3-District Education Officer, Hoshiarpur requesting to verify the authenticity of ETT certificate produced by private respondent No.5 during his appointment as elementary teacher. Petitioner claims that respondent No.5 submitted forged/fabricated ETT certificate. He was asked by respondent No.3 to submit an affidavit in support of his allegations. In compliance of aforesaid directions, he submitted the same along with other supporting documents. Despite necessary compliance no action has been taken till date.
