After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage. He, however, submits that personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial court may be exempted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case petitioner moves an application for exemption of his personal appearance, same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law. The trial court may exempt the personal appearance of petitioner on such terms and conditions, as it deems proper to impose. The petitioner may be allowed to appear through his counsel except on the dates her presence is necessary.
