Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 651 dated 27.10.2014 under Section 420, 406, 509, 354-B, 354-D, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Faridabad Central, Faridabad.

Heard.

As per the affidavit of the complainant Annexure P-3, she has received the entire amount in question from the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 11.11.2014.
