  +  -      + -  for committing the murder of Gurnam Singh, brother of the petitioner, who died on 31.03.2017. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Major Singh has apprised the Court that after going through the representations dated 19.07.2017 and 20.09.2017 made by the petitioner, an FIR No. 193, dated 05.11.2018 under Sections 306 and 34 IPC was registered at Police Station Division No.2, Jalandhar and on completion of the investigation in the matter, challan was presented. Further stated that now case is fixed for 29.04.2019 for consideration of the charges against the accused persons.
