NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to surrender before learned Trial Court and move an application for grant of bail in accordance with law.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner surrenders before learned Trial Court within fifteen days of passing of this order and moves and application for grant of bail, the same shall be decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
