RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Manjeet Singh, in case FIR No. 137 dated 26.03.2019 registered under Section 22(C) of the NDPS Act, Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad. The petitioner was booked in the aforesaid FIR, for indulging in supplying of prohibited drug i.e. 200 strips of TRIO containing salt Tramadol Hydrochloride allegedly recovered from one Amrik Singh, who on interrogation named the petitioner as one of his accomplices in commission of crime.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that alleged recovery was a narcotic substance. CRM-M-19681-2019 -2merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of Rs.2.00 lakh each, to the satisfaction of Special Court concerned only till receipt of the FSL report. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
