**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking ante-dating the date of regularization. With regard to their grievance, petitioners have served a legal notice dated 25.08.2018 (Annexure P-10) upon the respondents, but no action has been taken thereon till date.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. This petition, at this stage, is disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to look into the legal notice 25.08.2018 (Annexure P-10) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law keeping in view the order dated 15.02.2019 (Annexure P-12) passed by the department itself. This exercise be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
