Faced with this, Mr. J.S.Dhaliwal, Advocate seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law after adjudication of trial arising out of FIR No. 42 dated 24.07.2010, under Sections 420, 447, 511, 120B of IPC, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda.
