RITU BAHRI J. (Oral) The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution is of India is for setting aside order dated 27.07.2018 (P-2). A bare perusal of impugned order shows that the the learned Court below has granted an interim of Rs.4500/- ( i.e Rs.3000/- per month to the respondent/wife and Rs.1500/- per month to the minor daughter). After going through the contents of impugned order, the interim maintenance granted by the Court below is not on the higher side, as the petitioner is running barbar shop and thus no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order.

Dismissed.
