The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant the petitioners pay scale of Rs.1350-2400 w.e.f. 01.01.1986. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable them to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioners submit a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
