The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 31.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-26971-2025.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent has preferred Letters Patent Appeal against the order dated 31.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-26971-2025 by filing LPA-1184-2026, whereby order dated 31.12.2025 has been stayed by the LPA Bench. 3.

In view of the above, since the respondents have preferred LPA, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioners to avail the remedy as is available to them, in accordance with law, after the decision of LPA-1184-2026.
