Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that against the judgment dated 23.12.2025 which was passed by the Single Bench in bunch of petitions, LPA has been filed and the said LPA has been disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.05.2026, operative part of which is reproduced hereinbelow:- "6.
In that view of the matter, we dispose of this batch of appeals with a direction upon the State to examine individual cases of the respondents - writ petitioners for regularization, keeping in view the policy in the light of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Madan Singh (supra), as also the judgment of this Court in LPA-1810-2025 (supra). 7.
Till specific orders as directed by the learned Single Judge are passed by the authorities, status quo with regard to working of the employees would be maintained and the same shall abide by the ultimate orders to be passed by the State in that regard.

All pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand disposed of." 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that case of the petitioners would be considered for regularisation in the light of the abovesaid order passed by the Division Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the same or to file fresh contempt petition in case after the decision taken by the respondent-State in pursuance of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, some cause still survives. 4.
