The petitioners seek quashing of the aforementioned FIR. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage including their plea to the effect that they were possessing a "Pass" in respect of the liquor bottles seized at the spot, which are mentioned in the FIR.
