******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition was filed seeking quashing of judgement/order dated 28.04.2016 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phagwara. This petition was taken for the first time on 22.11.2016 and was adjourned to 19.12.2016. Thereafter, till date none had appeared for the petitioners. The remedy against the judgment of the conviction is available to the petitioner which he could avail.

Keeping in view the above facts, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
