Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel does not refute the stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner and states that petitioner is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim protection/pre-arrest bail granted vide order dated 3.12.2015 is made absolute. 22.12.2015.
