(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is not being proceeded against for want of sanction and the impugned order in question has been passed subject to grant of sanction, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court afresh in case the competent authority accords sanction to prosecute the petitioner.
