This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 618 dated 09.11.2014 under Sections 323, 406 & 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Dadri District Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Bhoop Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated December 02, 2014, petitioner has joined investigation. According to him, in case identity card, belt and other documents belonging to the complainant, who is a police constable, are not recovered, it shall be written to the higher authority for issuing duplicate items.

In view of the above, order dated December 02, 2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
