Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2023, Annexure P-11.

The only contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that direction be issued to the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner, as despite reminder, dated 22.02.2024, Annexure P-12, no decision thereupon has been taken. 3.

It is not disputed at the Bar that the petitioner's candidature has not been rejected by the respondents, nor any other adverse action has been taken against her. The petition would not lie merely to issue a direction to decide the representation.
