(Presence marked through Video Conference) -.- ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant him 3rd ACP scale w.e.f. 01.01.2021 and release the arrears thereof, along with interest. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner verbally requested the respondents many times but to no avail. In the premise, he caused issuance of a legal notice dated 10.03.2021 (Annexure P3), even that too has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned State counsel, joins proceedings on advance service and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana. 5.

At this stage, both the learned counsel submit that let a final decision is taken, either way, by the respondents on the pending legal notice dated 10.03.2021 (Annexure P-3), giving reasons thereof.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per legal notice dated 10.03.2021 (Annexure P3) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of three months from today. In case, petitioner is found entitled to be benefit claimed by him, same be accorded to him within two months thereafter. 9.

Disposed of accordingly.
