***** Kuldip Singh , J.(Oral) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is for quashing of complaint case No. 46 dated 29.03.2010 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 326/323/324/148/149 of IPC,titled "Simranjot Singh Vs. Swinder Singh & Ors." along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-4).

Report of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Batala has been received wherein it has been reported that the statements of the complainant, injured and accused have been recorded and compromise has been effected between the parties. It has also been reported that the complainant has no objection if the present complaint against the petitioners is quashed. CRM-M-419-2016 -2It is further reported that the said compromise is voluntary and is without any coercion, pressure or undue influence.

Since, the parties have amicably settled their dispute, therefore, complaint case No. 46 dated 29.03.2010 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 326/323/324/148/149 of IPC, titled "Simranjot Singh Vs. Swinder Singh & Ors." along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-4).
