******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 529 dated 11.08.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 166-A/409/420/467/468/471/120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.

CRM-M-4196 of 2018 -2Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Vajeer Singh submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and amount of `50,000/- has also been deposited by Rajpal Singh petitioner in CRM-M4196-2018 as per order dated 01.02.2018. Challan against other accused has been presented but petitioners are no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, these petitions are allowed and orders dated 05.02.2018 passed in CRM-M-4196-2018, 22.02.2018 passed in CRM-M-7791-2018 and 12.03.2018 passed in CRM-M-103382018 are made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
