(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner is verbatim same as that of the petitioner in CWP No.11464 of 2022 in which this Court vide order dated 25.05.2022 has disposed of the writ petition without meaning anything on the merits of the case, thereby directing respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 01.05.2022 (same as in the present case) within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition be also disposed of in the same terms as directed in CWP No.11464 of 2022.
