**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) CM No. 6274-C-2017 This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the appellants No. 1 and 2. For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed and the persons mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the application are impleaded as legal representatives of appellants No. 1 and 2 respectively, subject to all just exceptions.
CM No. 6275-C-2017 This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the respondent No.2.
For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed and the persons mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the application are impleaded as legal representatives of respondent No. 2, subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Main Case Both the parties are present in the Court and identified by their respective counsel. Parties have accepted that the compromise i.e. Annexure A-1 has been effected between them voluntarily. As per the same, the respondent No.1 has no objection if the fresh construction of Guru Ravi Dass Mandir is done over property where Guru Ravi Dass Mandir is already existing. Both the parties prays that appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise.
As regards respondent No. 2 (ii) counsel for respondent No.2(ii)-Kiran Pal states that respondent No.-2 (ii) has not come present today, though he has instructions to state on his behalf that he would have no objection if this appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise (Annexure A-1).
Decree sheet be drawn as per the compromise of the parties. Other parties who are present in the Court made a common separate statement as regard the compromise which is marked as Mark 'A-1'.
In the circumstances, the appeal stands disposed of in view of the compromise (Annexure A-1).
Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
