(Oral) The present appeal is of the year 2019 against acquittal of the respondents herein in Criminal Complaint No.162/17RT of 2015/2019, instituted on 03.11.2015/02.02.2019, under Sections 498A, 323, 406, 342, 506, 120-B IPC, decided on 18.3.2019. The order sheets show that on 11.12.2019 none had appeared on behalf of appellant and thereafter on 25.3.2022 the matter was adjourned on request of learned counsel for the appellant. Today none appears on behalf of appellant. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the present appeal. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
