(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.413 dated 29.04.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station City Hisar, District Hisar, Haryana.

According to the prosecution, petitioner cheated and defrauded the parents of the complainant on the false pretext to get him employed in Government job in market committee.

Heard.

Considering the seriousness of allegations against the petitioner and the fact that such type of crime has increased manifold in the recent past, which has to be dealt with severe hands, petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail. His custodial interrogation is very much necessary.

Dismissed.
