 " As per the report of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barnala dated 24.12.2014, complainant Jaspreet Kaur along with accused Kulwinder Singh and Dhalwinder Singh out of their free will and without any coercion or undue pressure have made statements whereby the learned Magistrate has recorded its satisfaction that the parties have affected compromise.

Keeping in view the satisfaction shown by the Court below and the offences are not of very serious nature and in the light of the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.04.08 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



 

dispute and to bring about amity among the parties who are neighbourers, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of DDR No.29 dated 27.09.2014 under Sections 452, 323/34 IPC in case FIR No.52 dated 27.09.2014 registered at Police Station Thuliwal, District Barnala under Sections 324, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
