Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) CM-6151-C-2015 The present application under Order 23, rule 1 read with Section 151,CPC, has been filed for withdrawal of the appeal qua applicant/appellant Nos.1 to 4, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18 and 19.

Sh.J.L.Malhotra, learned counsel representing all the appellants submits that he has the instructions to state at bar that all the appellants have instructed him to withdraw the present appeal on their behalf.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant/ appellants and going through the contents of the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed.
