Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.111 dated 25.11.2017 under Sections 452/354/354A/354B/ 506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. It is submitted that the aforesaid FIR was registered against the petitioner as well as her husband and son due to a dispute between the petitioner's husband and his brother (husband of the complainant). It is further submitted that no overt act has been attributed to the present petitioner except pushing the complainant. CRM No.M-420 of 2018 -2she undertakes to face the proceedings and not misuse the concession of anticipatory bail, if afforded to her. Therefore, it is prayed that this petition be allowed.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Malkeet Singh, verifies that the petitioner has joined investigation and she is not involved in any other criminal case. It is verified that the complainant's husband is the real brother of the petitioner's husband. There are no allegations on behalf of the State that the petitioner is likely to abscond or that she is likely to dissuade the witnesses from deposing true facts before the Court, if released on bail. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above but without commenting upon or expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Consequently, order dated 09.01.2018 is made absolute. It is clarified that none of the observations made hereinabove shall be construed to be a reflection on the merits of the case. The same are solely confined for the purpose of decision of the present petition. ( LISA GILL ) February 12 , 2018.
