On 3.5.3016, an intimation was ordered to be circulated to the office of Sh.M.L.Sachdeva, Advocate for the appellant regarding listing of this case.

As per office report, the order dated 3.5.2016 has been complied with showing that the letter issued to the office of learned counsel for the appellant has been received back duly served.

None has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite two pass overs. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal any more.

In view of aforesaid, this appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
