CRM-M-41945 of 2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 304 dated 06.08.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad. Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Devi Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and has been found to be innocent, as such, her custodial interrogation is not required. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 10.01.2017 is made absolute till the presentation of challan.
