NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0182 dated 23.06.2020 under Sections 384, 506, 182, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the order dated 27.07.2020 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. August 13, 2020 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
